My journey into wedding planning began as a wedding planner assistant on 2017. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with diverse couples, each with their own unique vision. Your journey from envisioning your dream wedding to celebrating your love is a carefully curated process. At every step, I’m here to provide guidance, support, and expertise, ensuring that your special day is a true reflection of your love story.
INITIAL INQUIRY
When you first reach out to me, whether it’s through email, a phone call, or my website, I’ll ask you for some basic details about your wedding—like your preferred date, location, and a rough idea of your budget. This helps me understand the scope of your event and ensure I’m available to help.
COLSULTATION
Next, l'll set up a time for us to meet, depending on what's most convenient for you. During this consultation, I want to get to know you both-your personalities, how you met, and what your dream wedding looks like. I'll also share some examples of weddings I've planned that might inspire you. This is a collaborative process, so l encourage you to share any ideas or must-haves you already have in mind.
CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL
After our meeting, I'll take everything we discussed and put together a customized proposal just for you. This proposal will outline the services I'll provide, a timeline for the planning process, and a breakdown of the costs. I'll send this over to you, and we can review it together. If there are any changes or adjustments you'd like to make, I'm here to work with you until everything feels just right
CINTRACT AGREEMENT
Once you're happy with the proposal, I'll prepare a contract that lays out all the details-what services I'll be providing, the timeline, payment schedule, and any other terms we've agreed on. I want to make sure everything is crystal clear, so you feel confident moving forward. When you're ready, we'll both sign the contract, and l'll ask for a deposit to secure your date.
